1. Introduction
By using our services, you accept these Terms of Service, which govern the relationship between you ("Customer") and BMK. We invite you to read this document carefully before proceeding with the use of our services.
2. Definitions
Customer: The individual who requests the services offered by BMK.
Services: All upholstery, repair, and refurbishment activities carried out by BMK.
Materials: Fabrics, padding, and other components used for the work requested by the Customer.
3. Services Offered
BMK offers the following services:
Reupholstering of chairs, armchairs, and upholstered furniture.
Repair of damaged components (e.g., wooden or metal structures).
Replacement of worn-out padding and fabrics.
Exclusions: Transport or disposal services are not included, unless different agreements have been made in advance.
4. Estimates and Payments
Estimates provided by BMK are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment must be made upon completion of the work, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
For orders over €500, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
5. Execution Times
The estimated completion times will be communicated to the Customer at the time of order confirmation.
Any delays due to force majeure (e.g., supplier delays, weather conditions, strikes) will not be attributable to BMK.
6. Warranties
BMK guarantees its work for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or third-party interventions.
7. Modifications and Cancellations
The Customer may request changes to the order within 3 working days from the confirmation of the estimate.
In case of order cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded. Any additional costs for materials already purchased will be borne by the Customer.
8. Liability
BMK is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of repaired or refurbished products.
The Customer is required to verify the work at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported within 5 working days.
9. Privacy and Personal Data
BMK is committed to protecting the personal data provided by Customers.
The data will be used solely for the execution of the requested services and for communication with the Customer.

11. Changes to the Terms of Service
BMK reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website Terms of Service. By continuing to use our services after the changes, the Customer accepts the new terms.
